We have chosen the most reliable, safest and least expensive shipping method for each product. To see how a product ships and what its shipping cost is, simply open the item page on our website.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Our shipping methods include:

Free Local Pick Up

Ships to a local warehouse and the purchaser is responsible for loading and pick up during business hours. 

In stock items are usually available for pick up within one week. Custom made items will take longer. We will check stock and send you an ETA when your order is placed.

Free Parcel or Free Parcel Oversize

Free ground delivery to residential or commercial addresses in the continental U.S.

In stock items usually ship in 3-5 business days, and transit time is an additional 5 business days. We will check stock and send you an ETA when your order is placed.

Fixed Rate Parcel or Fixed Rate Parcel Oversize

Ground delivery for a fee to residential or commercial addresses in the continental U.S. The fee will be noted on the first line of the product description.

In stock items usually ship in 3-5 business days, and transit time is an additional 5 business days. We will check stock and send you an ETA when your order is placed.

Free Threshold

Free delivery to the first dry location at a residential or commercial address. For example, the entryway or garage.

Our freight carrier will call you in advance to set up a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. Missed appointments may incur additional delivery fees.

Removal of old furniture is not included.

$199 Threshold

Delivery to the first dry location at a residential or commercial address such as the entryway or garage. Additional items ordered at the same time from the same manufacturer will be delivered for $49. For example, 2 items ordered at the same time from the same manufacturer will ship for $248: $199 plus $49.

$299 White Glove

$299 delivery and removal of packing materials at residential or commercial addresses. Does not include assembly. Includes carrying the item up two or fewer flights of stairs. Additional items ordered at the same time from the same manufacturer ship for $99 each.

Shipping Tips

  • For easy returns, keep the box and all original packaging. We cannot accept returns without them.

  • Take photographs of:

    • Any damage to the box or packaging,

    • The item overall,

    • Any and all specific damage to the product or box. For example: scratches, holes, crushed corners, dents, worn tops, bottoms or edges, scraping or dirt.

  • Email a detailed description and photographs to questions@widecanvas.design. We will send you a returned goods authorization (RGA). We cannot process your return without an RGA.

  • A family member or friend at your address may act as your agent and sign for your package. If they do, their signature is considered the same as your signature.

  • Any aid to the delivery agent in the form of lifting, assembling, debris removal or installation is done at your volition and damages resulting from aid you provide are your responsibility.
