Q&A: "What if I design and order a custom vanity on Wide Canvas and then change my mind? Can I cancel?"

In a word, "Yes."

Your no-hassle cancellation promise

Your new bathroom cabinets are made to order, and, up until the day we start building them, you can cancel for a full refund.

How does that work?

First, we will send you a sample of the paint or stain that you have selected for your cabinets. You'll get the chance to look at it in your home and confirm that it works with your tile, paint, and fixtures.

Second, we will email you a professionally-drawn set of cabinet plans including:

  1. A dimensioned floor plan,
  2. A dimensioned front elevation,
  3. Dimensioned side elevations, when sides are visible,
  4. A color rendering of your new cabinets.

Third, we won't start building your cabinets until you approve the paint or stain sample and the drawings. If you don't like what you see, you cancel, and we refund all of your money. It's that simple.
